Steve has a career spanning more than 42 years in leadership roles in law enforcement, crisis response and aviation security. Steve is an AVSEC Professional Manager under the ICAO/Concordia University programme. In addition, he’s accredited as an ICAO Course Developer and International Instructor. Steve was appointed Senior Instructor at the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy in November 2018.
